Terms of service.

LRpro is provided by Apvix AI Solutions, P12 Maruti Nagar, Bharuch, Gujarat 392001, India (“LRpro”, “we”). By creating an account or using https://lrpro.in you agree to these terms. If you use LRpro on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

The service

LRpro is software for managing lorry receipts, trips, billing, payments, expenses and reports. We may add, change or remove features. Core features listed as free remain free for existing accounts.

Your account and data

• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You own the business data you enter. You grant us the right to store and process it only to provide the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you generate (LRs, invoices, GST treatment, e-way bill numbers) and for complying with applicable laws.

Paid plans

• Paid plans are described on the pricing page. The Transporter and Fleeter plans are currently paid offline by UPI or bank transfer after you submit a request; your plan is activated once payment is received. Additional branches on Fleeter are billed per branch.
• Fees are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated otherwise; a tax invoice is issued for every payment.
• Subscriptions run for the period paid (monthly or yearly) and do not auto-renew until online payment is introduced. We will remind you before expiry.
• If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are considered case by case within 7 days of payment if the paid features were not used.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other accounts, overload the service, or resell it without our written consent.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice where practical.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the application. Questions: sales@apvixai.com. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bharuch, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
